and I can help.

Beginning Therapy

Because mental health has been a stigma in our history, seeking therapy was always looked down upon. Luckily, over the years, more and more people have become aware of the need to address our mental health. When my clients first see me in therapy, they tend to feel nervous. Perhaps this is their first time and they don’t know what to expect. Or I hear that they’ve tried therapy before. Sometimes, they say past therapy has helped, but they need more support. On the other hand, some clients stated feeling like therapy failed them in the past. I am so grateful when they give therapy a new chance…and I’m a part of that journey.

My clients mention how they don’t just want talk therapy. They want something more. Thankfully, I am trained to use therapy models that incorporate the body and mind. The goal is to grow self-compassion and acceptance, while achieving inner wholeness.

Let’s face it – being open with someone can feel super hard. But you’re here. Like my clients, you deserve to live life with peace and meaning without the heaviness from the past. Yes, this can be your reality.

Does Therapy Work?

I provide tailored treatment in online therapy for Pennsylvania residents based on their needs. I never assume that what works for one person will work for the next. Each person comes from a different background and so, each person receives (and deserves) therapy centered on their personal needs and desires.

You will have me as your therapist…someone who listens, validates, understands, and accepts all of you. This is something I value deeply because I know what it feels like when others don’t understand. Although I am your therapist, you are your life’s expert. And even though I will guide you, you are the one you need in your healing. You will be able to:

  • Restore trust within yourself.

  • Connect with your true core Self.

  • Accept all parts of you.

WHAT WE WILL DO

4 Stages of Therapy

This is an easy overview of our journey together:

Schedule a free consultation

Once you schedule through the client portal, we’ll take 15 minutes to discuss needs and any questions you have. This is to ensure if we can work well together.

Meet for the intake

Once you complete brief paperwork, we will meet for the first time. We go more in detail about your history and current needs, as well as how I will help you along the way.

Continue to meet

Once a week, we will meet for up to 55 minutes either virtually or in-person in Cherry Hill, NJ. Fee for each session is $200 (card, check, or cash). I do not accept insurance for a few reasons. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance (read more).

Sense the progress

You will get in touch with who you truly are at the core. Your calmness, confidence, curiosity will grow.
