Hi, I’m Samantha! I help men and women who have it within them to thrive in life again, even after past hurts. You just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find solace and become accepting of themselves by equipping them with the tools they need. They, then, can move forward from past wounds and recent stressors.
Outside of the office, I’m a wife, step-mama, dog lover, people-person, fitness enthusiast. Most important (for me), I’m a believer and follower of God. Prayer, for me, has been one of my go-to coping skills when life has gotten challenging. I find comfort in knowing that He is always working.
I am dedicated to helping people accept every part of themselves.
My training in trauma and relationships means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing from the past. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” it. You want someone who knows what it's like to be a human being struggling with some relationship habits, right?
I get it because I have lived it myself and a few of my loved ones, too. I know that sometimes you just want to drown yourself in everything else to avoid those vulnerable aspects of you. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
Therapy with me isn’t all sitting & talking.
We’ll also work on real, practical skills that you can apply to your day-to-day life.
Many of today’s solutions for therapy are drawn out, leading so many to feel like they’re not making real progress. I know that your challenges are unique. So, every step we take is specific for you, always with the end goal in mind.
First, we discover the triggers and root cause that are creating unrest in your emotions, mind, and physical being.
Then, we develop a skillset that would be useful when needing to regulate yourself when triggered.
Next, we work on processing and freeing yourself of whatever no longer serves you using strategies that’ll be most effective.
You, overall, gain an understanding of how your traumas play a role in your life.
Through our work together, you’ll have the confidence you need to continue to live life fearlessly.
